Committees of the Board

The Board appoints whatever committees it deems necessary and defines the terms of reference thereof.
    
At least four months before the annual meeting, the Board appoints a Nominating Committee of three members to make recommendations and obtain the consent of nominees for the positions on the Board.  The Nominating Committee submits its report to the Annual General Meeting.

At least one member of any committee appointed by the Board is a director.  Other committee members may be drawn from the general membership, or the community at large.
